UFA Funding Overview
Approved UFA funding for homeschool and private school.
The Utah Fits All Scholarship (UFA) is a state-funded program that helps families access funding for approved private school and educational service providers. It is designed to support students in non-public education settings.
UFA funding can be used for approved educational programs and services offered through participating providers, including American Heritage Worldwide. Enrollment with AHS Worldwide is completed directly with our school and is separate from the UFA application process.

No. Families do not need to wait for UFA approval to begin enrollment with American Heritage Worldwide.
You may enroll at any time, even before UFA awards are announced. Early enrollment helps ensure a smoother start, reduces delays, and allows students to be activated more quickly once funding is approved.
If applying for UFA Private School funding, you must enroll in your selected private school prior to your award notification.
Once you receive your UFA award, the following steps are required to activate enrollment:
- Accept your award by selecting “Opt-in” in your Odyssey Parent Account under each student’s name by June 30, 2026
- Allocate funds to your selected AHS Worldwide program
- Upload payment or order confirmation screenshots to your AHS Learning Platform account
These screenshots are required to confirm that funds have been properly allocated. Once verified, your student’s enrollment will be activated for the upcoming school year or as soon as verification is complete.
Program changes may be possible depending on several factors, including your UFA award type, enrollment timing, funding status, and program availability.
Because changes become more limited after funding is distributed and once the school year has begun, we strongly recommend contacting our team before making any adjustments.
Our team will help ensure any changes are processed correctly.
American Heritage Worldwide follows all guidelines set by the UFA program.
We do not issue direct refunds of UFA funds to families. Any approved refunds that meet UFA and Odyssey guidelines are processed by American Heritage Worldwide and returned to Odyssey in accordance with their policies.
