Please keep in mind that this first year is a pilot program and as with all brand new software, things may not always work perfectly. We appreciate your patience and will work as fast as possible to fix all issues!

Technical FAQs

Please try refreshing the page first. If that doesn’t work try clearing your cache or using another browser or device. If nothing works, click the Report Issue button at the top of this page and let us know the URL of the lesson that isn’t loading.

Please click the “Forgot Your Password” link under the login form and enter your email. You should receive a link to change your password. If you get an error that the email can’t be found in the system, is your account connected to a different email? Once logged in, you can change your email from your Profile page.

Unfortunately, at this time it is not possible to add a student or child from own your account dashboard. Please contact support and they can assist you with adding a student if we have openings.
