Yes. You may pay your full annual tuition upfront on or before August 5, when the first installment would otherwise be due. Pay-in-Full guarantees a single payment with no further monthly charges. If you enroll mid-year, the upfront amount is prorated based on the school days remaining in the year.
For full details, see our Billing & Refund Policy.
Tuition for our Online Private School is divided into 9 equal monthly installments, billed on the 5th of each month from August through April. Each installment is paid in advance and covers the upcoming instructional period — for example, your August 5 payment covers August 24 through September 24.
If you enroll mid-year, you’ll pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period plus one full installment for the next period, then join the regular 5th-of-the-month schedule. Your catch-up charge will never exceed one full installment plus the prorated portion.
For the full instructional-period schedule, see our Billing & Refund Policy.
Independent Access Plans
Billing is monthly, so cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Online Private School Plans
If paying tuition monthly, cancellations take effect at the end of the current prepaid instructional period. Access continues through that period; no refunds are issued for installments already paid.
If tuition is paid in full, the first 20% of that tuition is non—refundable. Refunds are calculated based on the unused days of the school year after the first 20%.
If you are using state or federal school choice funds (UFA, AZ ESA, TEFA, etc.), the program’s refund and cancellation rules take priority,

Yes. If you enroll mid-year in our Online Private School, your tuition is prorated based on the number of school days remaining in the academic year.
- Monthly Installments: You’ll pay a prorated amount for the current instructional period, plus one full installment for the next period; then you’ll join the regular 5th-of-the-month schedule. Your catch-up charge will never exceed one full installment plus the prorated portion.
- Pay-in-Full: You’ll pay the prorated remaining tuition upfront, before program access is provided.
For full details, see our Billing & Refund Policy.
The plan price covers what’s listed in each plan. A few notes:
- Online Private School enrollment deposit: Part-Time enrollment includes a $75 deposit; Full-Time enrollment includes a $150 deposit. The deposit reserves your child’s spot and is credited toward your first tuition installment — it is not an additional fee. Deposits are fully refundable through June 19, 2026; after that date, they are non-refundable. Families using school choice funds receive a full deposit refund once funds are confirmed.
- Optional print fees: If you choose to print lessons rather than accessing them digitally, any print-related costs are clearly shown before checkout.
